Finance · Law · Career Skills

Learn finance and law the way people who actually use them do — then learn how to make a living with it.

A structured program in accounting, corporate finance and finance law, one applied market-skills track, and a career track that covers getting hired, going freelance, selling your own services, or building your own thing. Finish, pass certification, and join a community of people who actually did the work.

The Program

Five modules. Built to be used, not just read.

Every module maps to something you can actually do afterward — read a balance sheet, structure a deal, spot the legal risk in a contract, run a disciplined trading process, or land your first client.

Module A

Finance Foundations

Balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, ratios, time value of money, bonds, stocks, portfolio theory, valuation, banking, macro. 12 lessons.

Module B

Corporate & Advanced Finance

Corporate finance, financial modeling, M&A, private equity, venture capital, risk management, investment banking, hedge funds, valuation. 15 lessons.

Module C

Finance Law & Regulation

Corporate law, securities law, M&A law, AML/KYC, governance, compliance, investment agreements, banking law. 10 lessons.

Module D

Applied Markets

A single, checklist-driven trading strategy taught as a disciplined process — rules, risk limits, and a pre-trade checklist. One elective skill among several, not the headline.

Module E

Career & Income Track

Five paths: getting hired as an analyst, freelancing/consulting, sales & client acquisition, building a personal brand, and going entrepreneurial. Because "knowing finance" and "making money from it" are different skills — this module teaches the second one.

How It Works

Learn it. Prove it. Join people who proved it too.

1

Learn

Work through the modules at your pace — finance foundations and corporate finance first, law alongside, applied markets if it interests you.

2

Build a capstone

Ship one real deliverable: an investment memo, a valuation model, a real (small, supervised) client engagement, or a documented trading track record.

3

Certify

Pass a exam covering every module at 80% or higher, with your capstone approved. This is what keeps the community meaningful.

4

Join the community

Get access to job leads, client referrals, case-study feedback, live Q&A, and mentorship from people who've already been through it.

Community

Certification opens the door. The community is the point.

This isn't a group chat with a badge requirement. It's built for people using what they learned — for a job, for clients, or for their own trading.

  • Job leads and referral requests
  • A client/referral network for freelance & consulting members
  • Case-study and deal-memo feedback before you use them for real
  • Weekly live Q&A
  • Alumni who've landed roles or clients mentoring the next cohort
